Dr. Omar El-Houchaimi

Graduated from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, School of Optometry, or IAUPR, in 2004 and opened up Northtown Optometry, in mid-2012. Dr. Omar has been a clinical professor for eight years for IAUPR and upholds a great reputation in our community as well as being a member of the Alberta Optometric Association and the Canadian Optometric Association. Dr. Omar strives for patient care and satisfaction and wants all of his patients to know that he cares about them and believes in educating all of his patients and answering any and all question, he is able to administer examinations in English, Arabic, Spanish and French.

Dr. Fahad Afzal

Received his Bachelors of Science from the University of Alberta in 2009, majoring in Physical Sciences and minoring in Biological Science. He received his Doctor of Optometry from Rosenberg School of Optometrist in San Antonio, Texas, in 2013. Dr. Afzal’s main goal is to have all of his patients leaving the exam feeling confident and believes in giving his best so you can see your best. Dr. Afzal is a member of the Alberta Optometric Association and the Canadian Optometric Association.

Dr. Mohamed El- Mustapha

Dedicated to providing thorough and informative eye examinations. After graduating from Concordia University with his Bachelors of Science, Dr. El-Mustapha completed his Doctor of Optometry at the IAUPR and graduated with honors. Dr. El-Mustapha joined Northtown Optometry shortly after graduating from IAUPR and is a member of both the Alberta Optometric Association and the Canadian Optometric Association. As well, Dr. El-Mustapha is able to administer examinations in English, Arabic and Spanish.
